+ How much do you charge for notary services?

Our fees are $37.99 for the first notarization (notary’s stamp and signature), and $24.99 for each additional notarization, plus HST.

+ Do you charge per page or per document?

We charge per notarization or commission. A notarization includes the notary's stamp and signature. For example, if you have a 20 page document that requires just one notarization, the price would be $37.99 plus HST. If you have a one page document that requires two notarizations, the price would be $62.98 plus HST ($37.99 plus $24.99).

+ What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit, e-transfer, PayPal or cheque.

+ Is "$37.99 for the first notarization" per appointment?

Yes. The first notarization for every appointment is $37.99, and each additional notarization is $24.99.

+ Do exhibits to affidavits count as separate notarizations?

Yes. Each exhibit to an affidavit is considered a separate notarization.

+ Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer a 25% student discount with a valid student card and a 10% seniors discount. We also offer a sliding scale discount for persons on fixed incomes.

+ What is your refund policy?

We will provide a full refund if we make a mistake on a document that results in it being rejected by the receiving agency or organization.

We do not provide a refund if the client chose the wrong form or document or the client misunderstood the requirements of their form or document.
